摘　　要：钢轨打磨作为铁路钢轨维护的重要作业方式,作业过程中磨粉有效收集可降低粉尘对作业环境尤其隧道环境污染,降低打钢轨打磨操作过程中粉尘对人体的危害,提高轨道线路维护作业环保性。Rail grinding is an important operation mode of rail maintenance.Effective collection of grinding powder during operation can reduce the dust pollution to the working environment;especially the tunnel environment,reduce the harm of dust to human body during rail grinding operation,and improve the environmental protection of rail line maintenance.
