摘  要:引风机耗用电量约占厂用电量20%左右,采用变频控制是降低引风机电耗和厂用电率的有效途径,但由于变频运行后引风机设备适应性和炉膛负压可控性等问题,引风机采用变频控制的比例较低。理论分析引风机变频运行的节能原理,并通过运行曲线变化来说明节能效果。静叶可调引风机的设计调节裕量会加剧低负荷下静叶节流损失,运行效率显著下降,介绍了某1000MW机组静叶可调引风机变频控制的技术特点,变频运行后节电率平均达52.2%,降低供电煤耗率约1.4g/(kW·h);动叶可调引风机低负荷下运行效率相对较高,仍可通过变频方式进一步降低电耗,介绍了某320MW机组动叶可调引风机变频控制策略,变频运行后节电率平均达27.5%,降低供电煤耗率约0.9g/(kW·h);分析对比不同机组引风机电耗率与机组负荷的相对变化关系,结果表明采用静叶变频方式的经济性较好。针对变频运行适应性问题,提出了静叶-变频联合控制策略,适当牺牲节能效果来提高设备可靠性,另外也可通过更换高弹联轴器来降低扭振幅度。分析风烟系统冷态和热态的主要区别,设计冷态模拟试验来验证和完善引风机变频控制功能,降低热态试验风险,并介绍了某1000MW机组试验情况。The power consumption of induced draft fan(IDF)accounts for about 20%of the auxiliary power consumption.Frequency conversion control is an effective way to reduce the power consumption and auxiliary power rate of IDF.However,due to the adaptability of IDF equipment and the controllability of furnace negative pressure after frequency conversion operation,the proportion of IDF adopting frequency conversion is low.The principle of energy saving in frequency conversion operation of IDF is introduced,and the energy saving effect is further explained by the change of operation curve.The design margin of static vane adjustable IDF will aggravate the throttling loss of static vane under low load,reducing the operating efficiency obviously.Meanwhile,the technical characteristics of frequency conversion control for IDF with static vane adjustable in a 1000MW unit are introduced.After frequency conversion operation,the average power saving rate is 52.2%,and the coal consumption rate of power supply is reduced by about 1.4g/(kw·h)Moving vane adjustable IDF has relatively high efficiency in low load,and can be further reduced power consumption by frequency conversion.The frequency conversion control strategy for IDF with adjustable moving vanes of a 320MW unit is introduced.After frequency conversion operation,the average power saving rate is 27.5%,and the coal consumption rate of power supply is reduced by about 0.9g/(kw·h).By analyzing and comparing the relative relationship between power consumption rate of IDF and the load of unit in different power plants,it is found that the static vane frequency conversion mode is more economical.To solve the problem of adaptability of frequency conversion operation,a static vane-variable frequency joint control strategy is proposed to improve the reliability of the equipment at the expense of energy saving effect.In addition,the torsional vibration amplitude can be reduced by replacing the high elastic coupling.The main differences between cold state and hot state of air flue gas sy
