摘 要:【目的】云粳202S是云南省育成的第一个具有软米背景的高原粳型光温敏核不育系。研究云粳202S的育性,筛选适宜制种和繁种的最佳条件,这对促进软米两系杂交稻的发展具有重要的意义。【方法】利用云南独特的立体气候优势,在不同海拔条件下采用多点分期播种的试验方法。【结果】海拔、播种日期以及两者互作对云粳202S的育性均有极显著的影响(P<0.01)。【结论】从云粳202S育性转换的规律可知,在低海拔条件下稳定不育期可以生产杂交种子,在中海拔条件下对该核不育系进行繁种可调节海拔和播种日期选择最佳繁殖条件,在相对低的海拔下可适当推迟播种,而在相对高的海拔条件下可适当提前播种。【Objective】Yunjing 202 s is the first plateau japonica-type photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile line with soft rice background bred in Yunnan province.It was of great significance to study the fertility of Yunjing 202 s and to screen the best conditions for seed production and breeding for promoting the development of soft rice two-line hybrid rice.【Method】Taking advantage of Yunnan’s unique three-dimensional climate,the experiment method of multi-point sowing by stages was adopted at different altitudes.【Result】The results showed that altitude,sowing date and interaction of the two all had extremely significant effects on the fertility of Yunjing 202 S(P<0.01).【Conclusion】According to the rule of fertility conversion of Yunjing 202 S,the hybrid seeds could be produced in the stable sterile period at low altitude conditions.When breeding this photo-thermal sensitive genic male sterile line at medium altitude conditions,the optimal breeding conditions could be selected by adjusting the altitude and sowing date.At relatively low altitude,sowing could be postponed properly,and at relatively high altitude,sowing could be advanced properly.
