摘  要:【目的】研究施用不同解磷剂对土壤中难溶性磷的解磷效果,以提高难溶性磷的利用率。【方法】采用室内土培实验法,研究不同解磷剂对石灰性土壤难溶性磷的活化效果。【结果】γ-聚谷氨酸处理可提高土壤有效磷含量,磷矿粉和γ-聚谷氨酸处理土壤中有效磷含量与对照(只用磷矿粉处理)相比最高净增量达到60.10%。【结论】γ-聚谷氨酸能促进土壤中的难溶性磷向有效磷转化。【Objective】The present paper aimed to study phosphate-solubilizing effect of different phosphorus-releasing agents on insoluble phosphate to improve the utilization of the insoluble phosphate.【Method】Through soil cultivating experiments in laboratory,we studied the activation effect on insoluble phosphate of phosphorus-releasing agents in calcareous soil.【Result】r-polyglutamic treatment could promote available phosphorus content in soil,and when the treatment of phosphate rock withγ-polyglutamic compared with the contrast(only treatment with phosphate rock),the highest net increment of available phosphorus reached 60%.【Conclusion】r-polyglutamic can improve transformation from insoluble phosphate to available phosphate.
