联苯苄唑乳膏联合自拟克癣汤治疗手足癣的临床疗效及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的研究手足癣患者通过联苯苄唑乳膏联合自拟克癣汤治疗的效果及对预后的影响。方法便利抽取该院于2018年1月—2020年1月就诊的手足癣患者共120例,将其依循双盲随机法分为对照组(60例,单用联苯苄唑乳膏外涂)与观察组(60例,采用联苯苄唑乳膏联合自拟克癣汤治疗),研究对比患者的总有效率、局部症状积分、预后效果等。结果观察组患者的痊愈率为40.00%,有效率为96.67%;对照组足癣患者痊愈率为35.00%,有效率为86.67%,与对照组相比,观察组手足癣患者的有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.927,P=0.048);两组用药前局部症状积分差异无统计学意义(t=0.101,P=0.919);相较于对照组,观察组手足癣患者用药后的局部症状积分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.896,P=0.001)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.33%,复发率为3.33%;对照组手足癣患者的不良反应发生率为13.33%,复发率为6.67%,两组手足癣复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组相比,观察组手足癣患者的皮肤干燥、刺痛等不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.927,P=0.048)。结论联苯苄唑乳膏联合自拟克癣汤治疗对于缩短疗程,减少药物不良反应,改善患者的预后等有重要的意义。Objective To study the effect of bifonazole cream combined with self-made Kexuan Decoction and its influence on the prognosis of patients with tinea hand and foot.Methods The conveniently select 120 cases of hand,foot and tinea patients were selected from the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into a control group(60 cases,single use of biphenyl benzyl external application of azole cream)and the observation group(60 cases,using bifonazole cream combined with self-made Kexuan Decoction)according to a double-blind random method,to study and compare patients'total effective rate,local symptom score,prognostic effect,etc.Results The cure rate of patients in the observation group was 40.00%,and the effective rate was 96.67%;the cure rate of patients with tinea pedis in the control group was 35.00%,and the effective rate was 86.67%.Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had a higher effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.927,P=0.048);there was no statistically significant difference in local symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(t=0.101,P=0.919);compared with the control group,the observation group had tinea patients of local symptoms after medication was lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.896,P=0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,and the recurrence rate was 3.33%;the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with tinea hand and foot in the control group was 13.33%,and the recurrence rate was 6.67%.There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate of tinea hands and feet in the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions such as dry skin and tingling of the patients in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.927,P=0.048).Conclusion The treatment of bifonazole cream combined with self-made Kexuan Decoction is of great significance for shortening t
