中药穴位贴敷联合常规抗结核治疗对复治肺结核患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对复治肺结核患者予以中药穴位敷贴联合常规抗结核治疗的效果。方法方便抽取2019年7月—2020年6月的复治肺结核患者78例,平均分为参照组(标准化治疗)、实验组(中药穴位敷贴联合标准治疗)。检验两组患者的SF-36评分、免疫功能相关指标、肺功能指标。结果治疗后,实验组患者的SF-36评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组与参照组的CD3+(73.12±6.11)%、CD4+(38.54±5.62)%、CD8+(30.52±3.12)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.24±0.28)%、IgA(2.94±1.18)g/L、IgM(1.79±0.28)g/L和IgG(15.46±1.36)g/L优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.420、3.102、6.196、3.408、3.129、4.690、9.155,P<0.05);实验组FVC(2.36±0.26)L、FEV1(2.06±0.35)L、FEV1/FVC(87.36±13.48)%优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.344、7.245、2.460,P<0.05)。结论对复治肺结核患者予以中药穴位敷贴联合常规抗结核治疗,患者的肺功能、免疫功能均得到明显改善,使生命质量提升。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment on patients with retreated pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 78 cases of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients were conveniently sampled from July 2019 to June 2020,and were divided equally into the reference group(standardized treatment)and the experimental group(Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with standard treatment).Test the SF-36 scores,immune function-related indexes,and lung function indexes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CD3+(73.12±6.11)%,CD4+(38.54±5.62)%,CD8+(30.52±3.12)%,CD4+/CD8+(1.24±0.28)%,IgA(2.94±1.18)g/L,IgM(1.79±0.28)g/L and IgG(15.46±1.36)g/L were better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.420,3.102,6.196,3.408,3.129,4.690,9.155,P<0.05);FVC(2.36±0.26)L,FEV1(2.06±0.35)L,FEV1/FVC(87.36±13.48)%of the experimental group were better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.344,7.245,2.460,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment is applied to patients with retreated pulmonary tuberculosis.The lung function and immune function of the patients are significantly improved,and the quality of life is improved.
