超声检查在小儿髋关节发育不良诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析在小儿髋关节发育不良诊断中应用超声检查的临床价值。方法于2019年10月—2020年7月方便择取60例小儿髋关节发育不良患儿,所选患儿均经最终诊断标准确诊,分别对所选患儿实施X线检查、超声检查,对照分析两种检查方式的检查结果。结果60例小儿髋关节发育不良患儿均经病理检查确诊,其中12例髋关节脱位、18例髋关节半脱位、30例髋臼发育不良。在X线检查中,48例患儿检出髋关节发育不良,符合率为80.00%,其中8例髋关节脱位,14例髋关节半脱位、26例髋臼发育不良;在超声检查中,58例患儿检出髋关节发育不良,符合率为96.67%,其中12例髋关节脱位,16例髋关节半脱位、30例髋臼发育不良;超声检查的符合率高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.086,P=0.004)。结论在小儿髋关节发育不良诊断中,超声检查检出符合较高,可以为临床诊疗提供可靠依据,具备显著临床价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of pediatric hip dysplasia.Methods From October 2019 to July 2020,60 children with pediatric hip dysplasia were conveniently selected,and the selected children were diagnosed with the final diagnosis criteria.X-ray examination and ultrasound examination were performed on the selected children,and comparative analysis of the inspection results of the two inspection methods.Results All 60 children with pediatric hip dysplasia were diagnosed by pathological examination,including 12 cases of hip dislocation,18 cases of hip subluxation,and 30 cases of acetabular dysplasia.In the X-ray examination,48 cases of children were detected with hip dysplasia,the coincidence rate was 80.00%,of which 8 cases of hip dislocation,14 cases of hip subluxation,and 26 cases of acetabular dysplasia;in ultrasound examination,Hip dysplasia was detected in 58 children with a coincidence rate of 96.67%,including 12 cases of hip dislocation,16 cases of hip subluxation,and 30 cases of acetabular dysplasia;the coincidence rate of ultrasound examination was higher than that of X-ray examination,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.086,P=0.004).Conclusion In the diagnosis of pediatric hip dysplasia,ultrasound examination has a relatively high coincidence rate,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and has significant clinical value.
