摘　　要：下肢骨折是高龄患者人群常见的疾病,主要由于老年人骨骼退行性变化及不同程度的骨质疏松症所致。高龄患者器官功能储备低下、机体活力降低及易损性增加,年龄相关性疾病、功能减退,围术期发生并发症和病死率高于青壮年,所以在下肢骨折麻醉的风险及难度较大。在临床实践中,手术及麻醉对高龄患者的影响不容忽视,因此研究高龄骨科患者的临床麻醉效果和安全性非常重要。研究主要就高龄患者下肢骨折手术临床麻醉方法展开以下综述。Lower limb fractures are a common disease in elderly patients,mainly due to bone degenerative changes and varying degrees of osteoporosis in the elderly.Elderly patients have low organ function reserves,reduced body vitality and increased vulnerability,age-related diseases,functional decline,and perioperative complications and mortality rates are higher than those of young adults.Therefore,the risk and difficulty of anesthesia for lower limb fractures is greater.In clinical practice,the impact of surgery and anesthesia on elderly patients cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is very important to study the clinical anesthesia effect and safety of elderly orthopedic patients.The study mainly focuses on the clinical anesthesia methods of lower limb fracture surgery in elderly patients.
