达标含油污水回用至二循工业应用试验

摘  要:为提高外排污水的回用率,在确保回用污水水质达标的情况下,经过了循环水缓蚀阻垢剂研发和二循工业应用试验,连续3个月的试验结果表明:二循腐蚀速率平均值0.060 mm/a,粘附速率14.17 mg/(cm^(2)·月),异养菌低于2万个/mL,粘泥平均值0.52 mL/m^(3)。二循系统的运行效果满足循环水处理效果要求,工业应用试验期间同比减少新鲜水消耗55701 t,降低外排污水45365 t,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。如在各循环水场推广应用,将可实现企业污水减排40%以上。In order to improve the reuse rate of reclaimed water,the research and development of corrosion and scale inhibitor for cooling water and industrial test on the second recirculating cooling water system were carried out under the condition that the quality of reclaimed sewage should be up to the standard.Some promising results have been drawn from the three-month continuous experiments:the average corrosion rate of the second recirculating cooling water system at 0.060 mm/a,the adhesion rate at 14.17 mg/(cm^(2)·per month),the count of aerobic heterotrophic bacteria below 2×10^(4)/mL,and the average slime content at 0.52 mL/m^(3).These data confirm that the operation effect of the second recirculating cooling water system can meet the requirements of circulating water treatment.During the experimental period,the consumption of process water has seen a reduction of 55,701 tons,and the effluent volume 45,365 tons,compared with the same period of last year,which has brought favorable economic and social benefits.If popularized and applied in all circulating water systems,the sewage can be reduced by more than 40%for the company.
