摘  要:芳烃抽提装置外排含油污水含油量高、苯含量超高、合格率低,不符合装置外排污水的环保要求。通过分析其原因,提出了含油污水管道更换消漏、罐区含硫污水排入污水汽提装置等整改措施,治理含油污水系统,使含油污水系统含油量、苯含量大幅度减少,合格率提高至97%以上。The high oil content,ultra-high benzene content and low qualification rate of oily sewage discharged from the aromatic extraction unit are not in conformity with the environmental protection requirements.By analyzing the causes of high oil content and high benzene content of the oily sewage,the paper puts forward some rectification measures,such as replacing and eliminating leakage of the oily sewage pipe,and discharging the sour water into the sewage stripping unit,to treat the oily sewage,so that the oil content and benzene content of the oily sewage system can be greatly reduced and the qualified rate can be raised to more than 97%.
