摘  要:为了回收加热炉烟气热量,空气预热器是非常好的选择,但随着热量的回收,排烟温度越来越低,空气预热器的露点腐蚀问题突出,且容易造成空气预热器底部积水。酸性水不仅对引风机和烟囱造成腐蚀,影响引风机的运行,而且排出的酸性废水容易造成环境污染。文章对空气预热器底部积水原因进行了分析,并提出了解决方案,解决了空气预热器底部积水及废水处理问题。In order to recover the heat of flue gas of heating furnace,air preheater is a very good choice,but with the recovery of heat,the temperature of exhaust gas becomes lower,the problem of dew point corrosion of air preheater is prominent,and it is easy to cause water accumulation at the bottom of air preheater.Acid water not only corrodes induced draft fan and chimney,but also affects the operation of induced draft fan.This paper analyzes the cause of water accumulation at the bottom of air preheater,and puts forward a solution to solve the water accumulation at the bottom of air preheater and the treatment of wastewater.
