摘  要:化验室常用测定化学需氧量(COD)的方法是重铬酸盐法GB11914—89,此方法需要经过加热煮沸消解、回流冷却、加水冷却、滴定等过程,检测工作量大,耗时长。新建水处理装置投产后,化验工作量增加,为了提高工作效率,将中控环节的水样改为快速测定仪测定。由于快速测定仪自带药剂为进口药剂,为节省药剂费用,实现进口药剂的替代,进行了快速药剂的自制,并对药剂的准确度及方法可行性进行了验证,实现了生产应用。The chemical oxygen consumption(COD)determination in the laboratory is usually through potassium dichromate method GB 11914-89.This method requires heating and boiling for digestion,reflux cooling,adding water cooling,titration and other processes,which is labourous and time-consuming.With the lab workload increased after the newly-built water treatment plant taken into operation,we changed the water sampling in lab to rapid measuring instrument to improve efficiency.However,since the agent for rapid measuring instrument was imported,in order to reduce the cost and replace the imported agent,we tried to make the agent by ourselves and verified the accuracy and feasibility for the agent.The self-made agent had been applied in the plant operation.
