基于倾向性评分匹配法的社会网络对老年人心理健康状况的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会网络对我国老年人心理健康状况的影响,以期为今后社区老年人心理健康干预提供理论依据。方法:数据来源为2014年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS),以6640名老年人作为研究对象,利用倾向性评分匹配法探究社会网络对老年人心理健康状况的平均处理效应。结果:社会网络对老年人心理健康有促进作用,亲戚关系、朋友关系、邻里关系对老年人心理健康均有促进作用但效应强度不同,对于心理健康状况促进,朋友关系效应值为-0.424,邻里关系效应值为-0.390,而亲戚关系效应值最弱,为-0.318。结论:我国老年人心理健康状况总体较好,社区医疗机构人员应做好健康教育和宣传工作,社区工作者应鼓励老年人积极参与社区活动,增强邻里关系和朋友关系网络,进一步促进老年人心理健康。Objective:To assess the impact of social network on the mental health of the elderly,so as to provide the theoretical basis for future mental health interventions for the elderly in the community.Methods:The data were from the 2014 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)and 6,640 elderly people were selected as the subjects.The propensity score matching method was used to explore the average treatment effect of social network on the mental health status of the elderly.Results:Social network had a promoting effect on the mental health of the elderly.Relatives,friends and neighbors all had a promoting effect,but the effect size was different.For the promotion of mental health,the effect size of friend relationship was-0.424,the effect size of neighbor relationship was-0.390,and the effect size of relative relationship was the weakest,which was-0.318.Conclusion:The mental health of the elderly is generally good.The staff of community medical institutions should do a good job in health education and publicity.Community workers should encourage the elderly to actively participate in community activities and strengthen the network of neighbors and friends to further promote the mental health of the elderly.
