益气活血法联合西药治疗急性心力衰竭临床研究及对神经激素因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究益气活血法联合西药治疗急性心力衰竭的临床效果及对神经激素因子的影响。方法:对70例急性心力衰竭患者展开对照研究,分为观察组(益气活血法联合西药治疗)与对照组(常规西药治疗)各35例,分组方法为随机数字表法,观察心功能、临床疗效及对血清神经激素因子的影响。结果:经治疗,观察组总有效率为97.14%,较对照组80.00%高(P<0.05)。2组治疗前心功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后心功能较前改善,观察组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)、E峰速度(pEV)比对照组高(P<0.05),左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、E/A比对照组低(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AgⅡ)、内皮素(ET)及脑钠肽(BNP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后神经内分泌激素较前改善,观察组治疗后的PRA、AgⅡ、ET及BNP比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血法联合西药治疗应用于急性心力衰竭患者时,可显著改善心功能及神经激素因子,提升疗效。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue method combined with western medicine for acute heart failure and its effect on neurohormone factors.Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients with acute heart failure were selected to conduct a control study,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue method combined with western medicine,and the control group was given routine western medicine.The heart function was observed.The clinical effect and its effect on serum neurohormone factors were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.14% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the heart function before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart function in the two groups was improved when compared with that before treatment,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and E peak velocity(pEV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and E/A in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).When compared plasma renin activity(PRA),angiotensin Ⅱ(AgⅡ),endothelin(ET),and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)before treatment between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,neuroendocrine hormones in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,and PRA,AgⅡ,ET,and BNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with acute heart failure,the therapy of Yiqi Huoxue method combined with western medicine can significantly improve the heart function and neurohormone factors,as well as enhance the curative effect.
