葛酮通络胶囊联合针刺治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛酮通络胶囊联合针刺治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取70例慢性脑供血不足性眩晕患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例,治疗期间,观察组出现1例失访,对照组出现2例失访。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组给予葛酮通络胶囊联合针刺治疗。比较2组脑血流速度、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组69.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉及基底动脉脑血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉及基底动脉脑血流速度较治疗前升高,且观察组左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉及基底动脉脑血流速度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛酮通络胶囊联合针刺治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕患者,能改善脑血流速度,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Getong Tongluo capsules combined with acupuncture for vertigo due to chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients with vertigo due to chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.During treatment,there is one case who lost the follow-up in the observation group and two cases in the control group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was treated with Getong Tongluo capsules combined with acupuncture.The cerebral blood flow,the clinical effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 91.18% in the observation group,higher than that of 69.70% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of cerebral blood flows in left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cerebral blood flows in left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Getong Tongluo capsules combined with acupuncture for patients with vertigo due to chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency can improve the cerebral blood flow and the clinical effect.
