补肾调肝汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调肝汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法:纳入80例早期糖尿病肾病患者进行前瞻性研究,将患者分为研究组和对照组,2组均实行相同的基础治疗,对照组加用缬沙坦,研究组在对照组基础上加服补肾调肝汤,治疗2个月。分析疗效,并测定2组尿白蛋白/尿肌酐比值(UACR)和尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER),检测患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)含量。结果:研究组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(t=9.057,P<0.05)。研究组疗效优于对照组(Z=2.421,P<0.05),研究组治疗总有效率92.5%高于对照组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前UACR、UAER比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组UACR、UAER较前改善,研究组UACR、UAER明显较对照组更低(P<0.05)。2组治疗前FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血糖指标较前改善,研究组FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c相比于对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调肝汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者疗效更佳,具有稳定血糖和恢复肾小球功能的作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaogan tang for early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were enrolled into prospective study and divided into the study group and the control group.Both groups were given the same basic treatment.The control group was additionally treated with valsartan,and the study group was additionally treated with the oral administration of Bushen Tiaogan tang based on the treatment of the control group.The treatments lasted for two months.The curative effect was analyzed.Urinary albumin/urinary creatinine ratio(UACR)and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)were determined in the two groups.Contents of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(P2 hBG),and hemoglobin A1 c(HbA1 c)were measured.Results:After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(t=9.057,P<0.05).The curative effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(Z=2.421,P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 92.5% in the study group,higher than that of 70.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of UACR and UAER between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,UACR and UAER in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,and the two indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).When compared FBG,P2 hBG and HbA1 c between the two groups before treatment,there was no significance being found in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,indexes of blood glucose in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,and FBG,P2 hBG and HbA1 c in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tiaogan tang has a better curative effect in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,which can stabilize blood glucose and help recov
