温经祛瘀汤治疗寒凝血阻型月经不调临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温经祛瘀汤治疗寒凝血阻型月经不调对患者临床症状、内分泌激素水平及预后等的改善作用。方法:将120例寒凝血阻型月经不调患者纳入A组(60例)、B组(60例),A组应用常规西医治疗,B组应用常规西医联合中医温经祛瘀汤治疗,对比2组的中医证候评分、内分泌激素水平、临床疗效、不良反应以及复发率。结果:B组治疗后的中医证候评分低于A组(P<0.05)。B组治疗后内分泌激素水平优于A组(P<0.05)。B组总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。B组不良反应发生率、复发率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:温经祛瘀汤治疗寒凝血阻型月经不调的疗效理想,可快速缓解临床症状,改善内分泌激素水平,且不良反应发生率、复发率低。Objective:To investigate the improvement effect of Wenjing Quyu tang on clinical symptoms,endocrine hormone levels and prognosis of patients with irregular menstruation of congealing cold with blood obstruction type.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with irregular menstruation of congealing cold with blood obstruction type were divided into Group A and Group B,60 cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine western medicine,and Group B was additionally treated with Chinese medicine of Wenjing Quyu tang.The Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the endocrine hormone levels,the clinical effect,the adverse reactions and the recurrence rates in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome score in Group B was lower than that in Group A(P<0.05);the endocrine hormone level in Group B was better than that in Group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate in Group B was higher than that in Group A(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate in Group B were lower than those in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing Quyu tang has ideal curative effect in treating irregular menstruation of congealing cold with blood obstruction type,which can quickly relieve clinical symptoms and improve endocrine hormone levels,with low incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
