摘　　要：目的分析某三甲医院卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤错误编码,提高卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤编码准确性。方法以M8600/0、M8601/0、M8810/0、M8810/1、M8810/3、M8602/0、M8593/1、M8590/1为条件检索提取某三甲医院2017年1月1日-2020年5月31日的出院病案,按照ICD-10编码原则及相关临床病理知识对检索出的病案进行逐个核查。用Excel软件统计错误编码及其相关临床病理内容。结果符合条件的住院病案90例,存在形态学编码错误43例。其中卵巢间质瘤编码错误最多33例,错误率76.74%,囊腺瘤编码错误6例,错误率13.95%。结论卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤根据所含卵泡膜细胞和纤维母细胞成分不同分为不同类型。对于未进行分类的卵泡膜-纤维瘤组肿瘤形态学编码应归类于M8590/1性索间质肿瘤。Objectives To analyze the wrong coding of ovarian follicular membrane-fibroma group in a Three A and Tertiary hospital and improve the coding accuracy of ovarian follicular membrane-fibroma group.Methods Discharge medical records of a Three A and Tertiary hospital from January 1 st,2017 to May 31 st,2020 were retrieved by using M8600/0,M8601/0,M8810/0,M8810/1,M8810/3,M8602/0,M8593/1 and M8590/1 as conditions.The retrieved medical records were verified one by one according to ICD-10 coding principle and relevant clinicopathological knowledge.Excel software was used to calculate the error coding and its related clinicopathological content.Results Of the 90 cases that met the conditions,43 cases had morphological coding errors.Among them,the most coding errors were 33 cases of ovarian stromal tumor,with an error rate of 76.74%,and 6 cases of cystadenoma,with an error rate of 13.95%.Conclusions Follicular fibroma group tumors could be divided into different types according to the different components of follicle membrane cells and fibroblasts.The morphological code of unclassified follicular fibroma tumors should be classified as M8590/1 sex cord stromal tumors.
