摘　　要：为满足冶金企业“一罐到底”工艺需要,通过分析国内冶金企业已有的140 t铁水车转向架的不适应现象,分别从构架、轴承、轴箱等方面入手,找出存在的问题。以目前国内前沿检修技术为基础,考虑到转向架结构设计、强度计算、不同运用工况、悬挂系统及减振装置等要求,从新工艺、新技术、新材料等多方面入手,在满足安全的前提下,设计制作出具有更强适用性和前瞻性技术的140 t铁水构架式转向架。通过1 a的运用,转向架各部运行情况良好,符合运用相关技术要求,确保了铁水调送安全稳定顺行。In order to meet the needs of"one pot to the end"process in metallurgical enterprises,the paper analyzed the maladjustment existing in the bogies of 140t smelting-pot car in domestic metallurgical enterprises,and found out the existing problems from the aspects of frames,bearing,axle box,etc.Based on the current domestic advanced maintenance technology,considering the requirements of bogie structure design,strength calculation,different operating conditions,suspension systems and damping devices,the frame-type bogie with stronger applicability and forward-looking technology of 140t smelting-pot car was designed and manufactured from new process,new technology,new materials and other aspects on the premise of safety.After one years operation,all parts of the bogie are in good operation,meeting the relevant technical requirements,ensuring the safe,stable and smooth operation of hot metal transfer.
