摘  要:针对DLC频繁烧损、电子添乘系统稳定性差、柴油机排烟和油气分离系统效果不良、检修工装不完善造成部件失修,机车故障率高等问题,从内燃机车动力及控制系统两方面进行可靠性技术研究。实施了辅发励磁回路设计改进、电子添乘系统电源换型技术研究、柴油机排烟和油气分离器系统技术改进、检修工装设计制作等一系列技术措施,大幅提高内燃机车运用可靠性,满足铁路运输生产发展的需要。Aiming at the high failure rate of locomotives because of the problems including frequent burning of DLC,poor stability of electronic multiply system,poor effect of diesel engine smoke exhaust and gas separation system and disrepair of components caused by imperfect maintenance equipment,the reliability technology study was carried out from two aspects of diesel locomotive power and control system.For this project,a series of technical measures,such as the design improvement of auxiliary generator excitation circuit,study on the power conversion technology of electronic multiplying system,technical improvement of diesel engine smoke exhaust and oil-gas separator system,and design and manufacture of maintenance tooling equipment,were carried out,and then the operation reliability of diesel locomotive was greatly improved,well meeting the needs of Laiwu Steel railway transportation and production development.
