摘 要:目的探讨男性钢铁工人职业紧张与代谢综合征及各组分的关系。方法采取现况调查,以内蒙古某特殊钢冶炼企业998名男性钢铁工人为研究对象,采用中文版《工作内容问卷》进行职业紧张调查;开展职业健康检查,收集研究对象腰围、血压、血糖、血脂结果。结果钢铁工人职业紧张检出率为32.3%,高社会支持者占52.7%;多因素logisitic回归分析显示,调整可能的混杂因素后,职业紧张的钢铁工人代谢综合征(MS)患病风险是非职业紧张钢铁工人的1.5倍(P<0.05);职业紧张人群血压、空腹血糖两种组分值比非职业紧张人群两种组分值高(P<0.05),且调整混杂因素后,各指标值与职业紧张比值呈正相关性(P<0.05)。低社会支持者血压值比高社会支持者血压值高(P<0.05);腰围、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白在不同职业紧张、社会支持模块之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钢铁工人职业紧张可增加MS的患病风险,且随着职业紧张比值升高,血压、空腹血糖和腰围3种组分数值升高;钢铁工人社会支持情况与血压异常有关。Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress and metabolic syndrome and its components in male steel workers. Methods 998 male steel workers in a special steel smelting enterprise in Inner Mongolia were selected as the research objects, and the occupational stress was investigated with the Chinese version of"Job Content Questionnaire". Information on waist circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood fat were collected from occupational health examination of the research objects. Results The detection rate of occupational stress in steel workers was 32.3%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of MS in steel workers with occupational stress was 1.463 times higher than that of non occupational stress steel workers(P<0.05).The blood pressure and fasting blood glucose of occupational stress group were higher than those of non occupational stress group(P<0.05). After adjusting the confounding factors, there was a positive correlation between the indexes and the occupational stress ratio(P<0.05). The blood pressure of low social supporters was higher than that of high social supporters(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in waist circumference, triglyceride and HDL-C between different occupational stress and social support(P>0.05).Conclusions Occupational stress can increase the risk of MS,and with the increase of occupational stress ratio, the values of blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and waist circumference are increased.
