摘 要:本文研究了桁架式臂架在破坏性试验过程的声发射特性,为现场桁架式臂架的声发射检测提供数据支持.采用柱面定位可以精确定位弦杆和腹杆中声发射源.对于该结构臂架,腹杆变形先于强度破坏变形阶段,定位源则源于应力释放和腹杆变形引起的漆皮剥落.声发射技术能够及早地发现并定位臂架中发生变形的位置.In this work,the acoustic emission(AE)of trussed boom of crawler crane during destructive testing was investigated in order to offer reference data for the field AE test of this structure.It is found the AE sources in the beam can be located by the cylindrical positioning method.Before the beam was failure due to the strength fracture,it always surfer plastic deformation.The AE location originates from stress relief before the beam was deformed,while that originates from both stress relief and paint stripping during the deformation of the beam.The AE technique could detect and locate the deformation occurs in the beam early.
