关于电梯层门和轿门旁路装置存在的风险思考

摘　　要：《电梯监督检验与定期检验规则——曳引与强制驱动电梯》第二号修改单中增加了电梯层门与轿门旁路装置,该装置在给电梯维护保养人员带来便利的同时,也存在着安全隐患,电梯检修门、安全门以及安全窗等存在着开门运行的安全隐患,这将造成剪切和坠落危险.本文结合实际的检验工作,具体分析了隐患存在的原因,提出了改进建议,从而为行业的安全方面贡献一分力量.The bypass device of hoistway door and car door is added in the second amendment of《Regulation for Lift Supervisory Inspection and Periodical Inspection-Traction and Positive Drive Lift》.The device brings convenience to elevator maintenance personnel,but also it has potential safety hazards.There are potential safety hazards to run when the maintenance door,safety door and safety window of elevator are open,which will cause cutting and falling risks.Based on the actual inspection work,this paper analyzes the causes of potential dangers and puts forward suggestions to improve,so as to contribute to the safety of the industry.
