摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,对少数民族地区多元体育文化协同发展组织保障机制进行研究,为实现少数民族地区多元体育文化协同发展提供思路。研究认为:构建少数民族地区多元体育文化协同发展组织保障机制的现实意义有文化创新发展、组织管理协调、资源配置均衡等;构建的策略行动是联动多方力量构建稳定的组织管理体系、利用政府公信构建完善的政策法规制度、整合各种资源集聚足够的协同发展资源、通过多种途径搭建共享的文化交流平台等。Using literature method, this paper studies the organizational guarantee mechanism for the coordinated development of multiple sports culture in minority areas, and provides ideas for realizing the coordinated development of multiple sports culture in minority areas. According to the research, it is of practical significance to construct the organizational guarantee mechanism for the coordinated development of multi-sports culture in minority areas—to cultural innovation and development, organization and management coordination, balanced allocation of resources;the policy action is the linkage of multilateral force to build stable organization management system, the use of government credibility to build perfect system of policies and regulations, the integration of various resources, the coordinated development of resources, through many kinds of ways to build a shared platform for the cultural exchange, etc.
