摘　　要：病案资料在医院内流通环节多,很容易成为医院感染的传播者。因此,针对病案资料进行科学有效的消毒十分必要,尤其是在新冠肺炎流行期间,要针对病案的不同流通环节和不同人群进行相应的消毒管理。本文综合新型冠状病毒的病原学特点以及病案消毒常用方法,发现在此次疫情期间,数字化病案管理的优势凸显,警示各医院要加快推进病案无纸化的进程。而不同地区、不同等级的医院,病案管理差异较大,很多医院尚未完全实现无纸化的病案管理;同时病案资料消毒方式多样,虽然最为常用的是臭氧消毒法,但实际工作中,各医院应根据自身条件和疾病特点,灵活选择消毒措施。同时,也要辩证的对待病案消毒管理工作,对于非特殊时期的病案消毒要采取基于循证证据的干预措施,进行科学防控,以达到阻断医院感染的目的。Since there were many circulation links from the establishment to completion of medical records in hospital, once contaminated with pathogens, they were easy to become the spreader of hospital infection. Therefore, it is necessary to disinfect the medical records scientifically and effectively, especially during the epidemic of COVID-19. We should carry out corresponding disinfection management for different circulation links and different contact groups of medical records. This article summarized the etiology characteristics of COVID-19 and the common methods of disinfection for medical records, and found that the advantages of digital medical records were highlighted during the outbreak of COVID-19, warning hospitals to accelerate the process of digital medical records management. However, hospitals in different regions and levels had different medical records management, many hospitals had not yet realized digital medical records management. At the same time, there were many disinfection methods for medical records. Although the most commonly used disinfenction method of medical records is ozone disinfection, hospitals should choose disinfection measrues flexibly according to their own conditions and epidemic law of diseases, and treat medical records disinfection management dialectically during normal period and carry out scientific prevention pratically to block hospital infections.
