摘　　要：目的了解泸州市县级医院病案管理人员的配置现况,为提升县级医院病案管理人员的专业水平提供参考依据。方法2020年4月通过邮件方式对县级医院病案管理人员进行调查问卷,调查泸州市12所县级医院的病案管理人员配置现况及需求情况,包括病案管理人员职称、学历基本情况及人才需求类型等。共发放调查问卷12份,有效回收12份,有效回收率100%;汇总获得的数据进行描述性分析。结果12所县级医院共计62名病案管理人员,仅1所医院的病案管理人员与编制床位数之比高于1:50;男女比例为1:3.7,以大专学历(54.84%)与初级职称(45.16%)为主,专业背景以临床类专业(67.74%)为主;中医医院的病案科归属不合理。结论泸州市县级医院病案管理人员数量配备不足、学历水平和专业素质有待进一步提升。Objectives To understand the current situation of the medical record management personnel of county-level hospitals in Luzhou city,provide a reference for improving the professional level of the county-level hospital medical record management personnel.Methods A questionnaire for medical record management personnel in county-level hospitals was prepared,and in April 2020,the current situation and needs of medical record management personnel in 12 county-level hospitals in Luzhou were investigated by email,including the title of medical record management personnel,basic education background information and Types of talent needs,etc.Twelve questionnaires were distributed this time,and 12 were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 100%;then perform a descriptive analysis of the obtained data.Results There were a total of 62 medical record managers in county-level hospitals.Only one hospital had a ratio of medical record managers to the number of beds higher than 1:50;the ratio of males to females was 1:3.70,with college degree(54.84%)and junior professional title(45.16%),and the professional background was mainly clinical(67.74%);the medical record department of Chinese medicine hospital was not reasonable.Conclusions The number of medical record management personnel in county-level hospitals in Luzhou City was insufficient,and the educational level and professional quality needed to be further improved.
