摘　　要：基于Elasticsearch中文数据搜索机制搭建3个节点和4个索引的ES集群,构建倒排索引并配置自定义医学分词词典,将检验知识库数据、检查知识库数据和药品知识库数据通过程序分别导入ES索引"inspection"、"examine"和"drug",将出院记录数据通过接口导入ES索引"medicalrecord",开发基于Python+Django框架的web应用系统,构建临床知识库和病案检索服务平台。服务平台加强网络安全策略,对ES安全性进行强化配置,合理设计和分配存储分片的大小,保证平台的安全性、可用性和冗余性。服务平台集成检验知识库检索、检查知识库检索、药品知识库检索以及病案检索等功能,解决临床医务人员在多系统之间切换检索的问题,提高临床工作效率。Based on Elasticsearch Chinese data search mechanism,an ES cluster with 3 nodes and 4 indexes is built,inverted index is constructed and user-defined medical word segmentation dictionary is configured.The inspection knowledge base data,examination knowledge base data and drug knowledge base data are imported into ES index"inspection","examine"and"drug"respectively through the program,and the discharge record data is imported into ES index"medicalrecord"through the interface.The web application system based on Python+Django framework is developed,and the clinical knowledge base and medical record retrieval service platform are constructed.The service platform strengthens the network security strategy,strengthens the configuration of ES security,reasonably designs and allocates the size of storage partition,so as to ensure the security,availability and redundancy of the platform.The service platform integrates the functions of inspection knowledge base retrieval,examination knowledge base retrieval,drug knowledge base retrieval and medical record retrieval,so as to solve the problem of clinical medical staff switching retrieval between multiple systems and improve clinical work efficiency.
