摘  要:催化裂化废催化剂粉末从反应器中部分跑损进入脱硫系统中,在废液预处理部分形成脱硫废渣,废渣中含有大量硅铝化合物,活性系数大于1,可以作为土聚水泥掺料实现固废的建材化利用。详细分析了脱硫废渣组成、结构、粒度和放射性,并对脱硫废渣低掺量(<30%)和高掺量(>30%)制备的土聚水泥试块的抗压强度分别进行了测试,在碱质量分数为5%、水玻璃模数为1.1的条件下,30%废渣掺量制备的试块抗压强度实验结果较好,均大于40MPa,符合《混凝土路面砖》(GB28635—2012)的抗压强度等级Cc40的要求,因此30%为制备路面砖的掺量上限,该方法为脱硫废渣的资源化处理提供了一条有效的技术路线,具有十分显著的经济和环境效益。The waste catalyst powder of catalytic cracking is partially lost from the reactor and enters into the desulfurization system.The desulfurization waste residue is formed in the waste liquid pretreatment part.The waste residue contains a large number of silicon aluminum compounds,and the activity coefficient is greater than 1.It can be used as geopolymeric cement admixture to realize the building material utilization of solid waste.After analyzing the composition,structure,particle size and radioactivity of desulfurized waste residue in detail,the compressive strengths of geopolymer cement blocks with low mass fraction(<30%)and high mass fraction(>30%)of desulfurized waste residue were tested respectively.Under the condition of alkali mass fraction of 5% and sodium silicate modulus of 1.1,the compressive strength test results of the blocks with 30% waste residue mass fraction were better,which were more than 40 MPa,in line with GB28635—2012.Therefore,30% was the upper limit for the preparation of pavement brick.This method provides an effective technical route for the resource treatment of desulfurization waste residue,and has very significant economic and environmental benefits.
