摘 要:相比传统氮硫脱除技术,新兴的生物脱除法不仅可以实现氮硫同时脱除,还能有效避免了传统脱除法的高成本、高能耗及污染环境等缺陷。以工业废气中的SO_(2)和NO为研究对象,通过室内实验深入研究了SO_(2)和NO单级生物滴滤同时脱除过程,分析了硫酸盐还原菌、脱氮硫杆菌的协同效应对SO_(2)和NO的转化与脱除机理,并探究了最佳的工艺操作条件。实验结果表明:单级生物滴滤对SO_(2)气体组分整体脱除效果良好且稳定,对NO气体组分的脱除效果波动不定且偏差较大;滴滤塔中的pH连续下降,且下降速率主要与SO_(2)和NO混合气体的进气时间与浓度密切相关;进行单级生物滴滤同步脱除SO_(2)和NO应选取相对较低的喷淋浓度;停留时间对SO_(2)气体去除率影响甚微,其去除率始终维持在97%左右。Compared with the traditional nitrogen and sulfur removal technologies,the new biological removal method can not only realize the simultaneous removal of nitrogen and sulfur,but also effectively avoid the defects of the traditional removal method,such as high cost,high energy consumption and environmental pollution.In this paper,SO_(2) and NO in industrial waste gas were taken as the research objects.The simultaneous removal process of SO_(2) and NO by single-stage biological drip filtration was deeply studied through laboratory experiments.The transformation and removal mechanism of SO_(2) and NO by the synergistic effect of sulfate reducing bacteria and thiobacillusnitrifier was analyzed.The experimental results showed that single-stage biofiltration had good and stable effect on the overall removal of SO_(2) gas components,while the removal effect of NO gas components fluctuates had a large deviation.The pH in the drip filter droped continuously,and the rate of decline was mainly closely related to the intake time and concentration of SO_(2) and NO mixed gases.A relatively low spraying concentration should be selected for simultaneous removal of SO_(2) and NO by single-stage biofiltration.Residence time had little effect on the removal rate of SO_(2) gas,which was always around 97%.
