摘 要:将海泡石纳米颗粒添加到膨润土基钻井液中以控制其性能,并通过室内实验研究了海泡石纳米颗粒的添加对膨润土基钻井液流变性能和滤失性能的影响,比较了其在不同温度和压力条件下的变化规律。对于有或没有海泡石纳米颗粒的膨润土基钻井液,测量了其在不同温度和压力条件下的塑性黏度、屈服点和失水量,并在相应的油藏压力和温度下进行了岩心驱油实验,分析了失水性及地层破坏。结果表明:海泡石纳米颗粒可用于提高盐水和新鲜膨润土基钻井液的塑性黏度和屈服点;具有海泡石纳米颗粒的膨润土基钻井液在很宽的温度和压力范围内,特别是在高温和高压下,具有很好的流变性;海泡石纳米颗粒减少了储层压力和温度下的流体损失并降低了渗透率,海泡石纳米颗粒是一种膨润土基钻井泥浆的理想添加剂。Sepiolite nanoparticles were added to bentonite-based drilling fluid to control its performance,and the influences of sepiolite nanoparticles on the rheological properties and filtration performance of bentonite-based drilling fluid under different temperature and pressure conditions were experimentally studied.For bentonite-based drilling fluids with or without sepiolite nanoparticles,the plastic viscosity,yield point and water loss under different temperature and pressure conditions were measured,and core flooding was carried out under the corresponding reservoir pressure and temperature.The water loss and formation damage were analyzed.Experimental results showed that,sepiolite nanoparticles could be used to increase the plastic viscosity and yield point of brine and fresh bentonite-based drilling fluids;bentonite-based drilling fluids with sepiolite nanoparticles had good rheology in a wide temperature and pressure range,especially under high temperature and high pressure;sepiolite nanoparticles reduced fluid loss and permeability under reservoir pressure and temperature,sepiolite nanoparticles were an ideal additive for bentonite-based drilling mud.
