摘 要:以无皂乳液聚合法合成了聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)。首先,选用乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)作为单体,交联剂与引发剂分别选用了二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)和偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐(V50),成功合成出PVP种子。再将PVP种子与氯金酸溶液(HAu Cl_(4))混合形成载金微凝胶。最后在合成PVP/PNIPAM载金杂化微凝胶的步骤中,第二单体选用N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM),交联剂与引发剂则分别使用了N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)与过硫酸钾(KPS),最终成功合成了含纳米金的PVP/PNIAPM智能杂化微凝胶。我们对最终产物使用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、动态光散射(DLS)等手段来进行详细表征,证明合成出的杂化凝胶中同时存在PVP、PNIPAM与纳米金3种成分。该微凝胶粒子为较均匀的球形,干燥尺寸约为300nm,具有良好的分散稳定性。最终合成的杂化微凝胶存在着非常明显的温度敏感性,其VPTT大约为36.7℃。In this experiment,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)was first synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization.Vinylpyrrolidone(NVP)was selected as the monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)and Azobisisobutyramidine hydrochloride(V50)were selected as crosslinker and initiator,PVP seeds were successfully synthesized.Then the PVP seeds were mixed with chloroauric acid solution(HAuCl_(4))to form a gold-loaded microgel.Finally,in the step of synthesizing PVP/PNIPAM gold-loaded hybrid microgel,the second monomer was N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM),and the cross-linking agent and initiator were N,N’-methylenebisacrylamide(BIS)and potassium persulfate(KPS),the PVP/PNIAPM smart hybrid microgel containing gold nanoparticles was successfully synthesized.Nuclear magnetic resonance proton spectroscopy(NMR),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Dynamic light scattering(DLS)were used to characterize the final product in detail.It was found that there were three components of PVP,PNIPAM and AuNPs in the composite microgel.The microgel particles were relatively uniform in spherical shape,with a dry size of about 300 nm,and had good dispersion stability.The final synthesized microgel had obvious temperature sensitivity,and its VPTT was about 36.7℃.
