摘　　要：总结林毅教授治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌经验。认为转移性乳腺癌病机核心为正气亏虚,痰瘀为患,辨证时强调整体辨虚实,局部辨阴阳;治疗内外并治,内治为主。内治注重固本,强调时时扶正,适时祛邪,并依据邪正关系,邪盛正存时以自拟白花芪苓汤、六子养亲汤加减涤痰祛瘀且兼顾脾肾,正虚毒盛时以归脾汤加减固护气血;外治以解毒消肿止痛,常用土黄连液外敷。This paper summarized Professor LIN Yi′s experience in the treatment of advanced metastatic breast cancer(MBC).She holds the theory that MBC is mostly caused by the depletion of healthy qi and the flow and scurry of phlegm and blood stasis.In terms of syndrome differentiation,deficiency and excess should be distinguished for the whole syndrome,while yin and yang should be differentiated for the local syndrome.She advocates that interior and exterior treatment should be combined with interior treatment as priority.Interior treatment is mainly to strengthen the root by reinforcing healthy qi constantly and dispelling pathogens occasionally;and according to the relationship between healthy qi and pathogen,LIN usually prescribes self-made Baihua Qiling Decoction(白花芪苓汤)and Liuzi Yangqin Decoction(六子养亲汤)to reduce phlegm and blood stasis and invigorate spleen and kidney when pathogenic qi is excessive and healthy qi remains;when there is deficiency of healty qi and exuberance of pathogens,modified Guipi Decoction(归脾汤)is used to consolidate qi and blood.Regarding exterior treatment,it is usually to resolve toxins,disperse edema,and relieve pain,and Liquid of Tuhuanglian(Radix seu Caulis Berberidis Gagnepainii)prescription is commonly applied.
