摘　　要：支气管哮喘(简称"哮喘")是临床常见的气道炎症性疾病,T淋巴细胞亚群在哮喘气道炎症机制中发挥重要作用,其中效应性T细胞与调节性T细胞免疫失衡是主要机制。中医学认为,"伏痰"是哮喘缠绵难愈的宿根,正气亏虚是伏痰产生的根本原因,脾虚失运是伏痰产生的关键所在,因此健脾益气、扶正祛伏痰应是哮喘重要治法。伏痰与现代医学所谓的哮喘气道炎症有相通之处,因此可从调控T淋巴细胞亚群失衡来探讨健脾益气法改善哮喘气道炎症的免疫学机制,其中通过改善调节性T细胞功能来恢复其与效应性T细胞之间的平衡,可能是健脾益气法的作用机制之一。Bronchial asthma(abbreviated as"asthma")is a common airway inflammatory disease.T lymphocyte subsets play an important role in the pathogenesis of airway inflammation,and the imbalance between effector T cells and regulatory T cells of immune system has been shown to be involved in the mechanism of asthma.In traditional Chinese medicine,"latent phlegm"is considered to be the perennial root of the lingering asthma,which is caused by depletion of healthy qi and the following spleen deficiency leading to the loss of transformation.Therefore,it is crucial to fortify the spleen,boost qi,reinforce healthy qi and dispel latent phlegm in treating asthma.As latent phlegm is similar to what is called asthma airway inflammation in modern medicine,the immune mechanism of spleen-fortifying and qi-boosting method in treating asthma can be explored from the perspective of regulating the imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets.The improvement of regulatory T cells function and its balance with effector T cells may explain the mechanism of action of spleen-fortifying and qi-boosting method.
