摘　　要：In order to help the country achieve“carbon neutral”by 2060,China’s shipping and shipbuilding industries actively pursuing the decarburization transformation are currently faring a new round of opportunities and c hallenges.At this year's two sessions,Hu Keyi,a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC),deputy chairman of Shanghai Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association,and director of the Science anrl Technology Committee of CSSC Jiangnan Shipbuilding(Group)Co.,LtrL brought a proposal on focusing on the“carbon neutral”goal and promoting the top-level design of the shipping energy transformation,focusing on the top-level design of the decarburization transformation of the shipping and shiphuikling industries.
