摘　　要：2015年11月10日,中央提出供给侧结构性改革,时隔5年,2020年的中央经济工作会议提出"要紧紧扭住供给侧结构性改革这条主线,注重需求侧管理"。本文分析了需求侧管理提出的背景及其与供给侧结构性改革的关系,以及需求侧管理所面临的一些堵点和难点,并在此基础上提出畅通国内循环、扩大内需的主要着力点。On November 10,2015,the central government proposed supply-side structural reforms.Five years later,at the 2020 Central Economic Work Conference,there was a proposal to firmly adhere to the core theme of supply-side structural reforms while focusing on demand-side management.This paper analyzes the background of demand-side management and its relationship to supply-side structural reforms.It also examines some of the difficulties faced by demand-side management and addresses the key objectives of attaining greater domestic circulation and expanding domestic demand.
