摘　　要：中央政治局2020年8月31日会议审议《黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展规划纲要》,将黄河流域的生态保护和高质量发展提到国家战略层面。本文在分析黄河流域经济发展状况及发展潜力的基础上,剖析了黄河流域国家战略在基础设施建设、生态环保、中心城市建设、产业升级和金融结构转型等方面给银行业带来的机遇,为银行业金融机构布局黄河流域提供了参考和建议。Political Bureau of the Central Committee reviewed the Outline of the Yellow River Basin Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development Plan at its meeting of August 31,2020,making environmental protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin part of national strategy.This paper analyzes the opportunities for the banking sector resulting from this important development framework.It examines infrastructure needs,the requirements for environmental protection,the prospects for the transformation of the financial structure,and issues related to industrial upgrading and the construction of key urban areas.The paper offers suggestions for banking institutions in the Yellow River Basin and is intended to serve as a reference guide for their business development.
