摘 要:表面疵病是高精度光学元件表面质量评价的重要指标。光学冷加工过程中,抛光后需对光学元件进行除胶、除蜡及表面清洁处理,以获得理想表面光洁度,通常采用汽油进行清洗,汽油的储存和使用存在安全隐患。经过对清洗剂性能、特点及安全性的全面对比分析,选取安全环保,对柏油、火漆、蜡等去除物溶解性较好的无燃溶剂。针对不同材料、不同光学元件、不同加工工序和不同去除物进行了工艺试验验证,确定了适用于光学元件清洗的无燃清洗剂和清洗新工艺,无燃溶剂使用更安全,更环保,更高效。光学元件清洗效果和效率超过传统汽油清洗的效果,摆脱了自光学古典法诞生以来长期对汽油清洗剂的使用和依赖,彻底消除了光学冷加工过程中的燃爆安全隐患。The surface defect was an important index to evaluate the surface quality of high precision optical elements.In the process of optical cold machining,it was necessary to remove glue and wax,and clean the surface of the optical element after polishing to obtain the ideal surface finish.The gasoline was usually used for cleaning,however,there was a great potential safety hazard in the storage and use of gasoline.After a comprehensive and comparative analysis of the performance,characteristics and safety of the cleaning agent,the safe and environmentally friendly nonflammable solvents with good solubleness for asphalt,sealing wax,wax and other contamination were selected.According to different materials,different optical elements,different processing procedures and different removals,the process test verification was carried out,and the non-combustible cleaning agent and new cleaning process suitable for the cleaning of optical elements were determined.The use of nonflammable solvent was safer,more environmentally friendly and more efficient than ever before.The cleaning effect and efficiency of optical elements were better than that of traditional gasoline cleaning.It could get rid of the long-term dependence on gasoline cleaning agent since the birth of optical classical method,and completely eliminate the potential safety hazard of combustion and explosion in the process of optical cold machining.
