摘 要:螺纹联接方式在航空产品中应用广泛,加工方法成熟稳定,为了提高螺纹加工的工艺规划效率,提出一种基于数据技术管理螺纹加工知识的方法。该方法从工艺维度构建螺纹加工的工艺规划流程,通过显性化、标准化、结构化螺纹加工知识,构建基于工艺知识的航空内螺纹数据管理系统,从而实现工艺规划过程中螺纹加工知识及其工艺要素的向导式推送。该系统在航空制造企业已应用2年以上,验证表明,基于数据管理技术结构化工艺知识的方法能很好地实现工艺知识的管理与推送,提高工艺设计的标准化和效率。Thread connection method was widely used in aviation products,and the processing method was mature and stable.In order to improve the process planning efficiency of thread machining,it was proposed that a method of managing thread processing knowledge based on data technology.This method constructed the process planning process of thread processing from the process dimension.Through explicit,standardized,and structured thread processing knowledge,an aviation internal thread data management system based on process knowledge was constructed,so as to realize the guided push of thread machining knowledge and its process elements in the process of process planning.The system was used in aviation manufacturing companies for more than two years.The verification showed that the method of structured process knowledge based on data management technology could well realize the management and pushing of process knowledge,and could improve the standardization and efficiency of process design.
