摘  要:国际形势瞬息万变,技术创新不断涌现,现有复杂的电磁环境对武器装备的抗干扰性要求越来越高,静电的认识及产品防静电的要求也越来越严格。电火工品是弹药中感度最高、最危险的部分,作为武器的核心首发元件,其安全性及可行性至关重要。以案例为切入点,从产品结构设计、生产工艺等方面进行系统分析及试验验证,确定了产品防静电结构的设计改进方案,在不改变总体结构的情况下,调整绝缘套管材料及尺寸,能够满足产品设计及生产要求。研究结果可为防静电设计“堵”的模式提供参考。The international situation has been changing rapidly,technological innovations all were constantly emerging,the existing complex electromagnetic environment required more and more high anti-interference of the weapon equipment,and the understanding of static electricity and the requirements of anti-static electricity of products became more and more strict,electric explosive device(EED)was the most sensitive and dangerous part of ammunition,as the core of weapon,its safety and feasibility were very important.Took the case as a starting point,the design improvement scheme of the anti-static structure of the product was determined through the systematic analysis and experimental verification of the product structure design and production process,under the condition of no changing overall structure,adjusting material and size of the insulating bush could meet the requirements of products design and production.The results could be used as a reference for anti-static design of“blocking”mode.
