摘  要:目前国内严苛工况(大口径、高温、高压、高压差、严密切断)下的三偏心蝶阀产品主要依赖进口。如何提升三偏心的密封性能,是国内自控阀生产厂家一致的目标。而三偏心蝶阀的性能高低,与设计的三个偏心值有着密切的联系,从设计上杜绝启闭干涉,降低阀门输出力矩,且达到最佳的密封性能,一直是阀门生产厂家致力的方向。经过总结计算理论,利用计算机编程开发,最终研制出一款能够快速验证三偏心值设计是否合理的计算软件。通过此软件不仅能快速找到最佳的偏心值,还能查看密封面上每个点的密封性能(启闭角)。At present, the Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve products under severe operating conditions(large diameter, high temperature, high pressure, high pressure difference, tight shut-off) mainly rely on imports. How to improve the sealing performance of three eccentric is the consistent goal of the domestic automatic control valve manufacturers. The performance of the Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve is closely related to the three eccentric values of the design. It is always the direction of the valve manufacturers to eliminate the interference of opening and closing, reduce the output Torque of the valve and achieve the best sealing performance. After summing up the calculation theory and using computer programming to develop, finally, a calculation software is developed which can quickly verify the rationality of the design of the three eccentric values. This software can not only quickly find the best eccentric value, but also see the sealing performance of each point on the sealing surface(open and close angle).
