摘 要:传统的大理石锯片抛光机采用手动控制,只能抛光一个锯片,效率低。针对上述问题,在改进的双锯片抛光机基础上,提出基于组态王和S7-200 PLC的双锯片抛光机控制系统设计方案,完成了PLC控制系统和组态王监控系统的开发。该控制系统可以实现双锯片抛光机的自动运行控制,PC与PLC之间采用PPI通信方式,可以实时监控设备运行状态,操作简单灵活,易于维护。经实际生产验证,该双锯片抛光机运行良好,生产效率比手动控制提高了55%。Traditional marble blade polishing machine adopts manual control mode, and can only polish one blade, so it has low efficiency. Aimed at the above problems, on the basis of the double blades polishing machine, the design scheme of the control system of double blades polishing machine based on KingView and S7-200 PLC was proposed, and the development of PLC control system and KingView monitoring system were completed. Through the control system, the automatic running of double blades polishing machine could be realized, and the running parameters of the machine in real time could be monitored because of PPI communication mode was adopted between PC and PLC. The operation of the system was simple and flexible, and it was easy to maintain. The actual production proves that the machine runs well, and the production efficiency is increased by 55% compared with manual polishing.
