摘　　要：方正银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)是黑龙江省重要的养殖对象,具有多种优良的养殖特性。2020年5月10日至6月7日,在黑龙江省巴彦县呈祥良种繁育基地开展了方正银鲫人工繁殖试验,通过注射不同剂量的催产剂对比试验,发现每kg雌亲鱼注射的剂量为马来酸地欧酮(DOM)2mg、促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A 2)4μg,雄亲鱼剂量减半,为最优注射剂量。The Carassius auratus gibelio is an important breeding object.Heilongjiang Province has many excellent breeding characteristics.May 10,2020 solstice on June 7,Bayan County in Heilongjiang Province Chengxiang seed-breeding base to carry out the Carassius auratus gibelio artificial breeding experiments,founder by injection of different doses of oxytocin contrast test,found only per kilogram female injection dosage of maleic acid to Europe(DOM)2mg,luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogue(LRH-A 2)4μg,male mother dose by half,the optimal dose for.
