饶河县乌苏里江四排段哲罗鱼鲂种质资源保护区管护现状及发展建议

摘　　要：黑龙江省珍稀冷水鱼种质资源丰富,做好水产种质资源保护工作对维护生态多样性、带动地方特色生态渔业转型升级有着重要作用。近年来,饶河县高度持续增强了乌苏里江四排段的哲罗鱼(Hucho taimen)和三角鲂(Megalobrama terminalis)种质资源保护区资源管护力度,通过加强渔政执法、开展渔业资源调查协作、实施珍稀鱼种增殖放流等多种途径,有效涵养和恢复保护区内水产种质资源。文章就保护区当前管护现状进行了简要介绍,并提出一些发展建议。Heilongjiang Province is rich in rare cold water fish germ-plasm resources,and the protection of aquatic germplasm resources plays an important role in maintaining ecological diversity and promoting the transformation and upgrading of ecological fishery with local characteristics.In recent years,Raohe County has continuously strengthened the management and protection of resources in Sipai section Hucho taimen and Megalobrama terminalis National Aquatic Germplasm Reservein in Ussuri River,and effectively conserved and restored aquatic germplasm resources in the reserve by strengthening fishery administration and law enforcement,carrying out fishery resources investigation and cooperation,and carrying out the proliferation and release of rare species.This paper briefly introduces the present situation of protection area management and protection,and puts forward some suggestions for development.
