摘  要:面对“公转铁”政策以及环保管控新形势,太钢集团专用铁路卸车和装车比例急增,需要采取有效措施,以适应本厂钢铁生产和铁路运输的需求。在阐述太钢集团专用铁路基本概况的基础上,从存车、装车、卸车以及运输组织4个方面分析存在问题,基于太钢集团专用铁路规模在短期内不宜改变的情况,针对缓解存车压力、提升装车效率、改进卸车系统、强化运输组织4个方面,提出提升太钢集团专用铁路装卸能力对策,以充分利用太钢集团专用铁路车场资源优势,实现太钢集团专用铁路内部挖潜提效目标。Facing the trend of“transit from road to railway”and the new situation of environmental protection control,the unloading and loading proportions of railway siding in Taiyuan Iron&Steel Group have surged,and effective measures need to be taken to meet the needs of steel production and railway transportation of the plant.The status quo of railway siding in Taiyuan Iron&Steel Group was elaborated,based on which the existing problems were analyzed from four aspects of storage,loading,unloading,and transportation organization.Considering the scale of the plant’s railway siding should not be changed in the short term,countermeasures were proposed to improve the loading and unloading capacity of railway siding in Taiyuan Iron&Steel Group in four aspects:alleviating storage pressure of trains,elevating loading efficiency,improving unloading systems,and strengthening transportation organization to tap the potential and elevate the efficiency of railway siding.
