单细胞水平检测前列腺液CD64与NIH-CPSI评分联合应用在诊疗慢性前列腺炎患者中的价值

摘　　要：目的:将慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺按摩液(EPS)单细胞检测中性粒细胞(CD64)表达结果与慢性前列腺炎症状指标(NIH-CPSI)联合应用,探讨其在监测慢性细菌性前列腺炎治疗过程中的意义。方法:回顾性分析应用流式细胞仪结合相关抗体单细胞水平检测50例确诊为慢性细菌性前列腺患者和22名健康体检者EPS的中性粒细胞CD64表达,并检测患者在临床对症治疗1周后,治疗4周后的中性粒细胞CD64表达,同期进行NIH-CPSI评分。结果:50例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者的CD64值高于正常人,分别为1929.055±162.850和966.214±106.263,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、4周后CD64值与CPSI评分具有相同的下降趋势。结论:慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者EPS中的中性粒细胞CD64表达值不仅可作为早期诊断慢性细菌性前列腺患者依据,而且可作为评价慢性细菌性前列腺炎疗效的定量指标。二者联合应用可以作为门诊诊疗患者的重要依据。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of neutrophil(CD64)expression in prostatic massage fluid(EPS)and chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI).Method The expression of neutrophil CD64 in EPS of 50 patients with chronic prostate disease and 22 healthy persons was detected by flow cytometry combined with the level of antibody single cell.The expression of CD64 in neutrophils was detected after one week of clinical symptomatic treatment and four weeks after treatment.NIH-CPSI score was performed at the same time.Results The CD64 values of 50 patients were higher than those of normal people,which were 1929.055±162.850 and 966.214±106.263,respectively,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After one week and four weeks of treatment,CD64 value and CPSI score had the same downward trend.Conclusion The expression of neutrophil CD64 in EPS of patients with chronic prostatitis can not only be used as a basis for early diagnosis of chronic prostatitis,but also as a quantitative index to evaluate the therapeutic effect of chronic prostatitis.The combination of the two can be used as an important basis for outpatient diagnosis and treatment.
