CABG联合MVR在冠心病合并中重度功能性二尖瓣反流治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)联合二尖瓣置换术(MVR)在冠心病合并中重度功能性二尖瓣反流治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择冠心病合并中重度功能性二尖瓣反流的患者100例,根据不同术式将其分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组使用CABG治疗,研究组使用CABG联合MVR治疗。对比两组的手术情况、术后心脏彩超指标情况。结果:研究组的手术时间、术后ICU时间、机械通气时间均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组术后的LAD和二尖瓣反流面积与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),LVEDD和LVESD均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CABG联合MVR在冠心病合并中重度功能性二尖瓣反流治疗中的近期疗效优于单纯CABG治疗,但单纯CABG的术后恢复快,远期疗效仍需进一步观察。Objective To analyze the effect of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)combined with mitral valve replacement(MVR)in the treatment of coronary heart disease with moderate to severe functional mitral regurgitation.Method 100 patients with coronary heart disease and moderate to severe functional mitral regurgitation in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to different surgical procedures,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CABG,and the study group was treated with CABG combined with MVR.The surgical conditions and postoperative cardiac color Doppler ultrasound indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,ICU time,and mechanical ventilation time of the study group were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the LAD and mitral regurgitation area between the study group and the control group(P>0.05),LVEDD and LVESD we longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The short-term efficacy of CABG combined with MVR in the treatment of coronary heart disease with moderate to severe functional mitral regurgitation is superior to that of simple CABG treatment.However,the recovery of CABG alone is fast after surgery,and the long-term efficacy still needs further observation.
