摘　　要：目的:分析血液透析患者引入同伴支持干预对其自我管理能力与负面情绪的影响。方法:选取2018年4月~2020年1月84例血液透析患者,以数字表作为分组工具,对满足纳入要求的研究对象予以随机化分组,分别命名为研究组和对照组,每组各42例。其中,对照组开展常规性护理干预,研究组开展同伴支持式干预。在干预前及干预后第7天末,以自我效能量表作为工具,对两组患者的自我管理能力展开评价;在上述相同时间节点,以SAS量表和SDS作为工具,对两组患者的负面情绪展开评价。结果:研究组患者干预后的自我管理能力强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析患者引入同伴支持式干预能提高个体的自我管理能力,且能改善其负面情绪,值得在临床上做进一步推广。Objective To analyze the influence of peer support intervention on self-management ability and negative emotions of hemodialysis patients.Method from April 2018 to January 2020,84 hemodialysis patients were received and treated in our hospital.With the digital table as the grouping tool,the subjects meeting the inclusion requirements were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.Among them,routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group,and peer support intervention was carried out in the study group.Before intervention and at the end of the 7th day after intervention,the self-efficacy scale was used as a tool to evaluate the self-management ability of the two groups of patients;at the same time node,SAS scale and SDS were used as tools to evaluate the negative emotions of the two groups of patients.Results The self-management ability of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of peer support intervention in hemodialysis patients can improve their self-management ability,and improve their negative emotions,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
