口腔颌面外科患者预防性气管切开堵管用具及方法的改良效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨渐进性堵管用具在口腔颌面外科预防性气管切开患者的应用效果。方法:观察组为2019年1月~2019年12月期间收治的56例行预防性气管切开患者,观察组患者使用带卡扣胃管末端进行渐进性堵管;对照组为2018年1月~2018年12月期间收治的52例行预防性气管切开患者,对照组患者使用医用橡皮膏包绕的针头帽进行一次性堵管。采用问卷调查法,比较两组患者围堵管期的舒适满意程度及总带管时间。结果:观察组患者舒适满意程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总带管时间观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者均按治疗计划拔管。结论:气管切开患者堵管过程中胃管末端较常规堵管用具有更好的患者舒适满意度;胃管末端可实现预防风险时间与堵管时间同步;缩短带管时间并降低气道风险。Objective To investigate the effect of progressive tube plugging appliance on prophylactic tracheotomy in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Method 56 patients in the observation group who underwent preventive tracheotomy were admitted from January 2019 to December 2019.Patients in the observation group were treated with progressive occlusion at the end of a disposable gastric tube with a buckle.The control group consisted of 52 patients admitted for routine preventive tracheotomy from January 2018 to December 2018.The control group used a needle cap wrapped with medical adhesive plaster for one-time tube occlusion.A questionnaire survey was used to compare the comfort and satisfaction degree of the two groups during the containment period,and the total duration of the two groups was compared.Results The comfort and satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total tube duration observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).All patients in the observation group were extubated according to the treatment plan.Conclusion The disposable gastric tube end in tracheotomy patients is more comfortable and satisfactory than the conventional tube stopper.At the end of the disposable gastric tube,the time of preventing risk and the time of blocking can be synchronized.Reduces duct time and airway risk.
