摘　　要：矩形顶管机掘进安全与铰接密封系统密切相关,设计选择合适的铰接密封型式是确保安全施工的关键因素之一。首先对三种类型(大、中、小)的矩形顶管机铰接结构进行建模,并研究其在设备掘进中的受力和形变量;再介绍了橡胶与多唇聚氨酯铰接密封的材质特征,同时对比拟合分析了两种密封型式在矩形顶管机中使用的效果。分析表明,多唇聚氨酯密封较之橡胶密封更适用于矩形顶管机。其唇形大压缩量密封的特点能适应矩形顶管机的铰接结构形变的自适应需求,确保了密封性能稳定性,可以作为矩形顶管机铰接密封理论基础,为设计提供技术支撑。The tunneling safety of rectangular pipe jacking machine is closely related to the hinged sealing system.Selecting the appropriate hinged sealing type for rectangular pipe jacking machine is one of the key factors to ensure the safe construction.This paper firstly models the hinged structure of three types(large,medium and small)of rectangular pipe jacking machines,and studies their forces and deformations in equipment tunneling.Then it introduces the material characteristics of rubber and multi-lip polyurethane hinged seals.At the same time,it compares and analyzes the effects of two sealing types used in the rectangular pipe jacking machine.The analysis shows that multi-lip polyurethane is more suitable for rectangular pipe jacking machine than rubber seal.The characteristics of its lip shaped seal with large amount of compression can adapt to the adaptive requirements of the hinged structure deformation of the rectangular pipe jacking machine,and ensure the sealing performance stability,which can be used as the theoretical basis of the hinged sealing of the rectangular pipe jacking machine,and provide a reference for the design of solutions.
