摘　　要：针对国内目前无具体规范指导城市交通隧道消防灭火系统设计的现状,结合杭州环城北路交通隧道工程,通过对各类消防灭火系统分析,研究得出城市黄金地段交通隧道消防灭火系统采用固定式水成膜泡沫灭火系统、消火栓系统、灭火器组成的三组合系统;并对消防泵房进行了优化设计;对于寸土寸金的市中心,消防水池建设无地可用,采取了消防水池与明挖段隧道共建的创新设计。杭州环城北路交通隧道早已开通,运行实践表明:创新设计的消防水池与隧道共建方案,具有显著的社会和经济效益;二类及以上长大隧道的水消防灭火系统,在隧道两端各设一座消防泵房,提高了消防系统供水安全;三组合消防灭火系统,效果良好,维护费用低、管理简单,可为类似工程设计提供经验。Aiming at the current situation that there is no specific standard to guide the design of fire protection system of city road tunnel in China,this paper is combined with the traffic tunnel project of Huancheng North Road in Hangzhou to analyze all kinds of fire protection systems,and it is concluded that the fire extinguishing system of traffic tunnel in urban prime location is composed of three combination system:fixed water film foam fire extinguishing system,fire hydrant system and fire extinguisher.Moreover,the design of the fire pump room is optimized.For the urban prime location of the city center,there is no place to build the fire reservoir,and the innovative design of co-construction of the fire reservoir and the cut-and-cover tunnel is adopted.The traffic tunnel of Huancheng North Road in Hangzhou has been opened.The operation practice shows that the innovative design of fire water reservoir and tunnel co-construction scheme has remarkable social and economic benefits;the water fire extinguishing system of the second class and above long tunnel has a fire pump room at both ends of the tunnel,which improves the water supply safety of the fire protection system;the three combination fire extinguishing system has achieved good results,low maintenance cost and simple management,which provides experience for design of similar works.
